    Zhejiang University

      浙江大學創立于1897年,坐落于中國歷史文化名城、風景旅游勝地杭州。

    Established in 1897, Zhejiang University (ZJU) is located in the historical and picturesque city of Hangzhou.

    After  over 120 years' development, Zhejiang University has become a  comprehensive research university with distinctive features and great  impact at home and abroad.     Remuneration and Benefits:

    1.  Remuneration: Successful candidates will be provided with agreed  remuneration and welfare benefits to enable them to be devoted to  academic studies, negotiable based on actual demands.

    任職要求:

    Outstanding Faculty

    Requirements:  

    The  applicant should hold associate professorship or above (or an  equivalent title) in a prominent overseas university or full  professorship (or an equivalent title) in a domestic university  (“Qiushi” Distinguished Clinician requires both professor and chief  physician in principle); have a quite strong influence among the peer  experts;are  capable of leading the discipline to catch up or maintain the  international advanced level, and have excellent organizational  leadership ability. The deadline is January 1 of the year of the  application, be 55 years of age or under (Zhejiang University Leading  Professor of Humanities and Social Sciences should be under 59 years of  age).

    Position: 

    Zhejiang University “Qiushi” Distinguished Scholarincluding  “Qiushi” Distinguished Professor,“Qiushi” Distinguished Professor for  Teaching, “Qiushi” Distinguished Scholar for Experiments, “Qiushi”  Distinguished Clinician/ Zhejiang University Leading Professor of Humanities and Social Sciences.

    “百人計劃”研究員

    任職要求:

    獲得國內外高水平大學博士學位,具有國際高水平大學助理教授或副教授相當學術水平;原則上能獨立發展一個符合學科發展要求的學術方向,為所從事研究領域同齡人中的拔尖人才,有成為該領域學術帶頭人的發展潛力;自然科學領域年齡一般在35周歲左右,人文社科領域年齡可適當放寬(原則上不超過40周歲)。

    工作和生活待遇:

    1.薪酬待遇:提供有競爭力的薪酬,年薪40-55萬元(含住房補貼),院系可給予一定配套;

    2.住房資源:可租住學校教師公寓,學校積極為通過長聘教職評審的“百人計劃”研究員按相關政策以優惠價格申購人才房創造條件;

    3.啟動經費:實驗學科100-300萬元,非實驗學科30-100萬元,文科20-50萬元,院系可給予一定配套;

    年齡一般在35周歲左右,獲得國內外高水平院校博士學位;學術方向符合引進學科要求,在學科領域內取得突出學術成果,有突出的學術發展潛力和合作精神;特聘研究員應達到所在學科教授相當的學術水平,特聘副研究員應達到所在學科副教授相當的學術水平。

    Outstanding Young Faculty

    Position

    ZJU100 Young Professor

    Requirements: 

    Applicants  with a doctor’s degree from a world-renowned university and a formal  teaching or research position as assistant or associate professor (or an  equivalent title) at an internationally prominent university; a  top-notch talent among his or her peers, with the ability to  independently establish and develop a research orientation and a  potential to become an academic leader in his/her respective field. The  applicant should be 35 years of age or under (Young faculty from  Humanities and Social Sciences should be under 40 years of age).

    Remuneration and Benefits:

    1.Remuneration:  Competitive salary; RMB 400,000-550,000 a year (including housing  allowance); a counterpart salary can be offered by each  department/school.

    2.  Housing: Assistance will be given in solving the housing problem, with  temporary apartments provided. Welfare apartments can be purchased after  they receive tenure of Zhejiang University.

    3.Start-up  funds: RMB 1-3 million for experimental disciplines; RMB 0.3-1 million  for non-experimental disciplines; RMB 0.2-0.5 million for humanities  & social science disciplines,each department can provide certain support.

    4.Office and laboratory space: Competitive office environment and laboratory space will be provided;

    5.  Team building: Qualified for doctoral student enrollment, and the  university and department/school will provide support for doctoral  student enrollment; recruiting postdoctoral fellows will be supported.

    Position

    Distinguished Research Fellow/Associate Research Fellow

    Requirements:  

    The  applicant shall be 35 years of age or under and hold a doctoral degree  from a world-renowned university. The applicant should has outstanding  academic achievement within his/her discipline, excellent academic  development potential and cooperation spirit while his/her academic  direction meets the requirements of disciplines. To whom applying the  distinguished research fellow/associate research fellow position shall  have reached the level of professor/associate professor in the subject.

    Remuneration and Benefits:

    1.  Remuneration: The annual salary system will be implemented and the  annual salary will be in line with the market, counterpart salary can be  offered by each department/school.

    2.  Housing: Assistance will be given in solving the housing problem, with  temporary apartments provided. Welfare apartments can be purchased after  they receive tenure position of Zhejiang University.

    3. Start-up funds: Colleges and departments can provide some research start-up funds according to the actual situation.

    4. Laboratory and office space: Competitive office environment and laboratory space will be provided;

    5. Team building: You can apply for the postgraduate supervisor qualification.

    04博士后研究人員

    任職要求:

    35周歲以下,近年內獲得博士學位,品學兼優;具有良好的學術發展潛力和國際視野,能全職來校工作。

    1.有競爭力的薪酬。由學校、合作導師、學院(系)以及社會力量共同組建博士后資助體系,提供與市場接軌的薪酬待遇,提供完善的社會保險。

    3.暢通的職業發展。入校后確定助理研究員職稱,2年后可申請學校高級專業技術職務,優先申請學校教師崗位。

    Post-Doctoral Research Fellow

    Requirements:   

    Applicants  should be under 35 years old and get a doctor’s degree in recent years,  with good academic research capability and work full-time in the ZJU.

    Remuneration and Benefits:

    1.  Competitive compensation: We operate a tiered postdoctoral funding  system for full-time postdoctoral researchers, combining the funds of  the university, the supervisor, the department/school and external  social resources, to provide market-line compensation package and  complete social insurance.

    2. Convenient living facilities: Apartments with preferential rents and full-equipped life facilities.

    3.  Clear career development path: Research associate title will be  determined after registration with senior professional title available  to apply after 2-year work and priority to apply for faculty positions  in the university.
